  2.        Pursuant to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986,
  3.        This BBS offers no facility to send completely private messages.
  4.        The definition of a private message on this system is a message
  5.        that can be read by the sender, the recipient, the sysop, the
  6.        co-sysop and anyone watching either the remote or local screen.

  10.                          *** BBS USER AGREEMENT***

  12.      - This BBS lets you share information with other Members.
  13.        You agree not to use this Service to send, or submit for posting
  14.        any abusive, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, 
  15.        or illegal material, or material containing blatant expressions 
  16.        of bigotry, racism or hate. This BBS reserves the right to 
  17.        review and edit any material submitted for display or placed on 
  18.        this Service, INCLUDING PRIVATE ELECTRONIC MESSAGES. The sysop may 
  19.        refuse to display or may remove from the Service any material that 
  20.        is believed to violate this agreement or any policies or guidelines 
  21.        posted by the sysop, or is harmful to other Members, or the
  22.        business interest of this BBS.

  24.      - We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice 
  25.        for violating this policy and/or this board's rules.
  26.  
  27.      - Only public domain software, "shareware" and "freeware" may be uploaded
  28.        in the file areas. All other software, including programs published in
  29.        magazines, for which this BBS has not received acceptable written 
  30.        authorization, may not be uploaded into the file areas. "Commercial" 
  31.        software of any kind and for any reason absolutely cannot be uploaded 
  32.        into this BBS.

  34.      - This BBS does not assume the ownership of, and disclaims all liability 
  35.        and responsibility for all software in the file areas. This BBS 
  36.        reserves the right to refuse posting of files, and to remove files
  37.        at the Sysop's sole discretion.

  39.      - All files are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or
  40.        implied, including no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
  41.        particular purpose, except as otherwise expressly provided by
  42.        this BBS.

  44.      - This BBS accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality 
  45.        or performance of programs, and in no event will be liable for any 
  46.        indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including 
  47.        any lost profits or lost savings caused as a result of using any 
  48.        file whether in contract or tort. In no event shall this BBS be 
  49.        liable for any direct damages.

  51.      - All users must read, understand and agree to this agreement and any
  52.        future revisions of this agreement in order to access this BBS.

  54.      - All rules of this BBS are subject to change if the Sysop feels its
  55.        necessary, and may be done without notice or posting of any kind.

  57.      - Do NOT provide false information in your new user questionnaire
  58.        and sign on with your REAL name only.

  60.      - Log off properly. DO NOT drop carrier. Dropping carrier can cause 
  61.        the system to temporarily go down.

  63.      - Read the rules to each message conference before posting a
  64.        message. Stay on topic and don't over quote.

  66.      - If you work for a law enforcement agency, you are required to contact
  67.        the sysop of this BBS before you have the right to be here.
